Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed 2-5 days from receipt of payment.
All shipping responsibility lies with USPS after departing MZRX. Customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery address and filing claims for missing packages, which can be done here. Once USPS marks the package as "Delivered", customer is liable if any loss or theft occurs and those items cannot be refunded.
International Shipping

If you’re interested in placing an international order to a country or region that is not in our system please email us at info@mercedezrex.com - include your full shipping address as it would appear on your shipping label, email address, phone number, and the items you’re interested and we will reply with current rates. Please note all international orders are final sale and may be subject to taxes/duties upon arrival in your country, which are buyers responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are ONE OF A KIND. The piece you receive will be a variation from the online photo. Every item is individually hand printed or dyed in small batches in my Austin studio. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@mercedezrex.com and we can process your exchange. Store credit is issued for returns within 7 days of purchase. Product must be in excellent condition in original packaging. Customer is responsible for for return shipping. Credits are issued within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of goods returned.
